Terms of Sale and Website Use

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Genetic Analyze Ltd., company number 515743334, registered at 6 HaRimonim Street, Rosh Pina, Israel. These terms apply to your use of the site and to any order you place through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order.

2. Our products are food supplements

The products sold on this site are herbal food supplements intended to support general wellbeing. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice or as a promise of a particular result.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a chronic condition, or if you take prescription medication, consult your doctor before use. Do not stop or change any treatment prescribed to you on the basis of anything you read here.

The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Israeli Ministry of Health or by any other regulator.

3. How ordering works, and that there is no payment on this site

We do not take payment through this website. There is no card form and no payment page.

When you complete the order form you are sending us a request to purchase. Our manager then contacts you by phone or email, usually within one business day, to confirm the products, the total, the delivery address and the delivery time, and to agree how you will pay.

A contract of sale between us comes into being only when we confirm your order in that conversation or in writing. Until then we may decline the request, for example if a product is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or if the price shown was clearly wrong.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in new Israeli shekels and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is not included in the product price. The manager tells you the delivery cost when confirming your order, before you commit to anything.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed by the manager.

If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we are not obliged to sell at that price and will tell you before the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Israel through a delivery company, to the address you give us. Delivery times quoted by the manager are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, by the destination and by circumstances beyond our control.

Please give an accurate address, postal code and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted the delivery, we may ask you to pay the cost of sending it again.

Risk in the products passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to the person accepting it at your address.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it, apply to every purchase and nothing in these terms reduces them.

Cancelling a distance purchase. You may cancel a purchase made at a distance within fourteen days of receiving the products or of receiving the written details of the transaction, whichever is later. For a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the period is four months, subject to the conditions in the law.

How to cancel. Write to info@geneticanalyze.com, or call +972 52 888 3322, and tell us your name, the order and what you are cancelling.

What happens then. If the products are undamaged and unopened, we refund the amount paid within fourteen days of the cancellation notice. The law allows us to charge a cancellation fee of five per cent of the transaction value or 100 shekels, whichever is lower. You return the products to us at your expense, unless the cancellation is because the products were faulty or not as described.

Faulty or wrong products. If what arrives is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery cost, at your choice.

Products that cannot be returned. Under the regulations, food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned unless they were faulty, for reasons of hygiene and safety.

7. Using the site

The text, photographs, formula names, kit names and the Genetic Analyze logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and share the pages, but you may not copy the content for commercial use, resell it, or present it as your own without our written permission.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or to use automated tools to harvest its content.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for the obligations placed on us by Israeli consumer law.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, and we are not liable for the consequences of using a product contrary to the instructions on its packaging or contrary to the advice of your doctor.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Your privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site when you placed it. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any right you have under consumer law to bring a claim where you live.
