Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Genetic Analyze Ltd., company number 515743334, registered at 6 HaRimonim Street, Rosh Pina, Israel, operates this website and sells its herbal formulas and kits through it. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Genetic Analyze Ltd.

We are the owner of the database that holds the personal information collected through this site, within the meaning of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, delivery address and postal code, and any notes you add to your order or message.

Information about your order. The products you selected, quantities, prices, the date of the order and our correspondence with you about it.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visited and the time of the visit. We also use cookies as described in section 8.

Marketing consent. If you tick the box asking to receive news from us, we record that you gave that consent, together with the date and time.

We do not ask for and do not want to receive health information, medical records or test results through this site. Please do not send them to us. If you do, we will delete them.

3. Why we use your information, and on what legal basis

You are not legally obliged to give us your information, but without it we cannot accept or deliver an order.

4. There is no online payment on this site

We do not take payment through this website and we do not collect card or bank details on it. When you submit an order you are sending us a request. Our manager then contacts you to confirm the details and to agree payment and delivery separately. Any payment details you later provide are handled outside this website.

5. Who we share your information with

We share your information only with those who need it in order to run the service:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes technical logs of your visit.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers the automated emails about your order.
• Google LLC provides the Google Workspace mailboxes where your order and your messages arrive.
• Telegram Messenger receives an internal notification that an order has come in.
• The delivery company we use for your parcel receives your name, address and phone number.
• Our accountant and, where required, the tax authorities, for invoices and reporting.
• Advisers or authorities, where the law requires it or where it is necessary to defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers store data outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens we rely on the providers’ standard contractual protections for such transfers.

We never sell your personal information and we never share it for someone else’s marketing.

6. How long we keep it

• Order records and related correspondence: seven years from the end of the tax year in which the order was made, as required by Israeli accounting and tax rules.
• Contact form enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to two years.
• Marketing consents and the resulting mailing list entry: until you unsubscribe, and for three further years as proof that consent was given.
• Technical logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them, normally no more than twelve months.

When a period ends we delete the information or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may:

• ask us whether we hold information about you and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
• ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, either through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to us.

Write to info@geneticanalyze.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may apply to the Privacy Protection Authority, or to the court, under the procedure set out in the law.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in three groups:

• Necessary. Required for the site to work, for example to remember what is in your basket and to record your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences. Remember choices such as your language.
• Analytics. Help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or only the necessary ones. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

9. Keeping your information safe

The site works over an encrypted connection. Access to the mailboxes where your orders arrive is limited to the people who handle them, and is protected by individual accounts and two-step verification. We ask our providers to apply comparable protection. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these measures seriously.

10. Children

This site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant we will say so on the site.
